Fillers/Transfers can be manufactured as a single unit on a roll-up model pedestal or floor model, and even as multiples as shown here (individual weight setting).

Manual or full automation units make filling containers a breeze with a gentle fill that will not destroy product. Plus it's easy-to-operate and easy-to-clean. Buy only what you need. As with all Performance Manufacturing units, it is both accurate and USDA approved.

OUR UNIQUE VOLUMETRIC FILLERS PROVIDE YOU THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF FILLING PUMPABLE PRODUCT DAMAGE FREE

The Performance System utilizes a single unique "crescent valve" to both receive and discharge product. The large size of this valve's orifice and its shape eliminate turbulence and reduce differential flow rates between ingredients, while at the same time creating a cutoff mechanism that allows gentle products to avoid damage.

In addition, the draw action of the piston can be metered to the specific product needs and, as required, you can adjust or "dial in" a required acceleration/deceleration rate of the intake of discharge stroke to accommodate specific product needs. This combination allows you to process with one unit viscosity levels ranging from free flowing liquids to the thickest pastes!!

ACCURACY: Piston fillers for hot and cold, 1/2 ounce to 10lbs, with accuracy up to .5% on many products. From soups to peanut butter, our machine can handle any product that flows.
